The following form, is a list of payment options to choose from in order to attend boxing classes at Siberia Boxing Club. We accept payments of cash, pre-authorized payment, and cheque. Please write all cheque payments to Siberia Boxing Club Ltd.

• 12 month membership:
  • 12 pre-authorized monthly payments of $150 + HST debit (void check) or credit.
  • One time payment $1375.00 + HST
• 6 month membership:
  • One time payment $865 + HST
• 3 month membership:
  • One time payment $500 + HST
• 1 month membership:
  • One time payment $200 + HST
